Dear Kirk:

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our day to day work that we forget to tell someone what a great job they are doing. So, I would like to take a few minutes to tell you what a great job James Moore does for Centex and how much we appreciate all he does for us. James is very organized and patient with all levels of Centex employees. In fact, Corie Ewing will only trust James to do certain jobs for her!
